Healthy Boundaries and Constructive Communications

Most of our problems are people problems, and most of these problems arise because we have difficulty communicating clearly and respectfully with each other. Unfortunately, so many of us are confused about boundaries and whose business we are minding. Which can be so maddening because we all want to get along with our fellow human beings, but it can be so difficult at times. Author Barbara Berger is a therapist and coach and works with people every day to help them improve their communications skills. So in this program we will be talking about healthy boundaries and some of the basic techniques of good communication such as how to say no and disagree with someone respectfully.
